FORTHRIGHT SECURITIES & INVESTMENTS LIMITED (FSIL) was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree on 14th December 1995. It commenced formal operations in January 1996, at its registered office on the 3rd Floor of Chartered Bank Building, 19, Martins Street, Lagos.

The company is fully owned by a crop of very enterprising and successful Nigerians in the financial sector of the economy. The company is run by a reputable and experienced management team.
