J. T. FAROMOJU - MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and Nigeria. A member of the Institute of Credit Management and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Faromoju was a General Manager with Centre - Point Merchant Bank and Head of Centre-Point Securities Limited up till December, 1995. His experience in the banking industry spans over 20 years. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of stockbroker. He is also a member Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
FAROMOJU, R. OLAMIGOKE - HEAD, MARKETING & RESEARCH
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Masters of Science Degree in Finance. He joined Gulf Bank Limited in October 1992 as a Credit and Marketing Officer where he rose to the post of Head of Operations at the Ikeja and Enu-Owa branches of the Bank before joining Forthright Securities & Investments Limited in 1996. Consequently, he has acquired about 11 years experience in capital market activities which range from investment advisory, research and marketing/ client account management. He has attended various courses on Marketing of Financial Services and investment analysis and portfolio management.
ASHOGBON FESTUS OLABODE – HEAD, CAPITAL MARKET
Bode Ashogbon has over 15 years post graduation experience in various fields of finance related activities. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees both in Economics from Ondo State University (now University of Ado Ekiti) and University of Lagos, Akoka respectively. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and also a Chartered Stockbroker. He is also an Associate member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He has worked in many Stockbroking firms including Dynamics Portfolios, Regent Capital Services and Mayfield Investments. While at Dynamic Portfolios, he was involved in the sale of 50,400,000 shares of First National Bank of Chicago warehoused by International Merchant Bank (IMB). He had a brief stint of about three (3) years with National Bank of Nigeria where he was involved in the restructuring exercise. He successfully handled the divestment of IGI & Associates in Co-operative Bank Plc through the sale on the floor of the exchange of 334,150,120 units of the shares.
ISAAC AKINTOYE – HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER FINANCIAL PRODUCTS
He obtained a diploma in Accounting from Ogun State University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He later proceeded to obtain a postgraduate diploma in management from the same University. He is a member of the Nigerian Marketing Association, and has attended many seminars and training workshops including the lagos business school. He began his working carrier with Harmony House Furniture Co. Ltd as a Clerical Officer in 1986. He later joined 7-UP Bottling Co. Plc as Sales and Marketing Officer and later had a stint with Abbstal Nig Ltd as Marketing Officer before joining Forthright Securities & Investments Limited in February 2001.
