Mr.Charles Egbunonwo was prior to now the Managing Director of Afrinvest Securities Limited. He is a Senior Finance Executive with over 14 years of experience covering Audit, financial analysis, consultancy, and securities trading.

His last position was Head, Trade Execution with Securities Africa Financial Limited. Prior to this, he had worked as a senior consultant with the professional accounting firm of Kunle Fagbure&Co, and UBA Stockbrokers Limited.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is a Chartered Accountant and an authorized dealing clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics and a master of science degree in Finance. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers and a dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

He joined Forthright securities and Investments Limited in 1996 as a marketing officer and later moved to the investment analysis table as an analyst. He has attended various courses both locally and abroad on the marketing of financial services, investment analysis, and portfolio management as well as analysis of fixed income investments.

Has BSc.Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, in 1991 and MBA(international business) from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos in 2002. He is a fellow(FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN).

He has worked as Financial Controller for several companies which include; Xerox H.S.Nig.limited logos, Dimkit Global Concept Limited Ilorin, Afro-Asia Automobile & Plastics Limited, Resources Improvement & Manufacturing Company Limited(both of Chicason Group, Nnewi) andSuming Electrical Company Limited Asaba as General Manager before joining Forthright Securities & investment limited.

Graduated from University of Lagos with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1984. Hold a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Started his working career in teaching Accounting during the NYSC service year at Kwara Polytechnic, Ilorin. Worked with Pieterson Agencies Nigeria Limited as Accountant before joining National Oil and Chemical Marketing PLC (now Conoil PLC) between 1989 and 2001 where he occupied various positions in Accounting, Administration, and Finance.

Then joined Ibrahim Egbeyemi & Co (Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants) as Enterprise Consultant briefly before moving to Footwear Accessories Manufacturing and Distribution PLC between 2005 and 2009 as Chief Accountant.

He is currently the Internal Auditor with Forthright Securities and Investments Limited.

He has Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Accounting from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo in 2003. He is an Associate of Accounting Technician (AAT) and about completing his professional examination in ICAN.

He has over 15 years working experience as Account Manager/Head of Accounts in various companies including the conglomerate SCOA MOTORS in Lagos, ABC Transport Plc, Abuja, CHICASON GROUP, Nnewi in Anambra State.

He has wealth of experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, and Conglomerates spanning over fifteen years.

He has attended several courses in Enterprise Risk Management (ERP), Investment Analysis and Financial Services. He is an award-winning staff in the most organization he has worked for.

He is currently the Risk Manager at Forthright Securities & Investments LTD.

She obtained an LLB from the Olabisi Onabanjo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. She later proceeded to the University of Ibadan, too bta in an LLM Degree. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She was in private legal practice and had practiced with reputable law firm(s) such as Morayo Lebi&Co., Abu Steve&Co.and D.AkinAkintoye&Co. before joining the firm of Diya Fatimilehin&Co, where she provided secretarial services and advisory roles.

He holds a diploma in Computer Programming in 1998 before he went for his Bsc. In Chemistry from University of Ado-Ekiti  in 2006. He Joined Forthright Securities in 2009 as an Assistance IT Officer now  he is the Head of Operaions & IT Department.

He also has a certification in Oracle Database Administration(DBA) in 2010 and has a  Diploma certification in Computer Networking & Computer Engineering from Federal College of Education ( Technical) Akoka, Yaba, Lagos in 2012.
