The price of UNIVERSITY PRESS PLC was adjusted for a final dividend of 25K on Monday 15th September, 2008. The prices of FTN COCOA PLC and AFRIBANK PLC were marked down for Dividend of 2.5K: scrip issue of 1 for 10 and a dividend of 50K; scrip issue of 1 for 3 respectively.
 
ECOBANK NIGERIA PLC has informed the exchange on its decision to reconstruct its shares in the ratio of 1 for 3. To give effect to this resolution, the ordinary shares of Ecobank Nigeria Plc will be placed on full suspension on Monday, September 22, 2008 to facilitate the reconstruction. The suspension shall last for one week
